Refund and Returns Policy

At classic-code, we aim to make your learning journey safe, transparent, and risk-free. Because our services are digital in nature (tutorials, lessons, and practice materials), the concept of “returns” differs from physical goods. Below we outline, in detail, how refunds and exchanges work and in which situations they apply.

1. Understanding Digital Purchases

When you purchase a tutorial at classic-code, you receive instant access to all included materials:

  • Video lessons with unlimited streaming,
  • Downloadable PDF notes and summaries,
  • Code templates and starter files,
  • Practice exercises through external coding platforms,
  • A digital certificate of completion.

Unlike physical products, these materials cannot be “returned” once delivered. For this reason, refunds are regulated by specific conditions that focus on course usage, accessibility, and fairness.

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund may be granted if:

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 50% of the content (measured by lesson views, downloaded notes, or finished tasks).
  • The final project has not been submitted and a completion certificate has not been generated.

If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the process may take 7–10 business days.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be issued in these situations:

  • More than half of the tutorial has been completed.
  • A certificate of completion has been issued.
  • Access has been shared with unauthorized users.
  • The course was purchased during limited-time promotions, seasonal sales, or bundle discounts (except in cases where technical issues prevent access).
  • Technical problems caused by the user’s own system (for example: outdated software, unsupported device, or poor internet connection).

4. Exchanges and Corrections

We understand mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchased the wrong tutorial, you can request an exchange within 14 days. Your access to the original tutorial will be revoked, and we will assign you another one of equal or lesser value. If the new tutorial costs more, you will be asked to cover the difference.

5. Bundles and Package Purchases

Our bundles are designed to provide savings. Because they combine several tutorials, the refund policy is slightly different:

  • If no more than one course in the bundle has been accessed beyond an introductory level, you may request a refund.
  • If more than one course has been used, only partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Exchanging an individual course from a bundle is not possible; exchanges apply to the entire bundle.

6. Technical Problems and Guarantee of Access

Our platform is tested for reliability, but if you encounter any problems accessing your tutorials (e.g., broken links, missing files, playback issues), please notify us immediately at support@classic-code.top.

  • We will work to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
  • If the problem cannot be solved in that timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund, even if part of the course has been completed.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@classic-code.top with:

  1. Your name and email address used at checkout,
  2. Your order confirmation or transaction ID,
  3. A short description of the reason for your request.

Our support team responds within 48 hours, and refund decisions are always communicated in writing.

8. Legal Compliance

Our policy complies with international standards for digital goods, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which allows exceptions for digital content once access is granted. However, we choose to extend a 14-day “fair use” guarantee to give learners peace of mind when trying our tutorials.

  • Our materials remain secure and valuable,
